Training the Down – Stay

Here’s a quick video of Neil training the Down Stay exercise.  The dog is a 1 year old Rotty named Hendricks who lives with his owners Nikki and Bob in Northern Cyprus.  See if you can spot the added distraction.

Notice that Neil doesn’t use the word “Stay” just the positional command of “Down” so not to confuse the dog.
